Kitchen
The kitchen at Casa Maria comes fully equipped. It has a large refrigerator / freezer, 6 burner stove with oven. A double sink in the center island. Also included is a purified ice maker, blender and coffee pot.
We Supply Purified Drinking Water for our Guest.
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is located on the main floor just off of the great room. It is furnished with a queen size bed, A/C & ceiling fans, closet area and a full bathroom. Through the master bedroom sliding doors you will step onto the large patio that walks out to the beautiful white sandy beach.
Master Bathroom:
Double sinks, large walk-in Shower, separate toilet area and closet
Two HUGE Upstairs Bedrooms:
Two upstairs bedrooms are similar in that they both have 2 queen size beds A/C and ceiling fans in each room. (Dresser and large closet) If you open both sliding glass doors in the bedroom, you can enjoy the cool Caribbean breeze. You can sit on any one of the two outside patios and enjoy the ocean or jungle views.

Don't Miss The Roof Top Patio
The interior stairs continue from the first floor, up to the roof area. From the roof the views go on for miles. This is a great place to take a look at the fresh water lagoon on the west side of the property. The roof area also has lounge chairs for sunbathing and a large couch with table for your afternoon happy hour. The star-filled skies at night are breathtaking and it's the perfect location to watch the sunrise over the Caribbean in the morning!

Wow! Your beach... Casa Maria is located on one of the finest white sandy beaches in all of the Costa Maya. This white powdery sand never gets hot so you can walk for miles! The ocean water is always set at a comfortable temperature and you can snorkel and boogie board right outside the villa doors.
