A/C is on a Schedule (8:00pm to 6:00am)
Method of Payment: We accept Credit Card (via PayPal), Check, Money Orders and Wire Transfer.
For non-U.S. Guests - Credit Card and Wire Transfer only.
*There will be an extra $35.00usd fee per wire transfer

A 50% deposit is required within 5 days to hold a reservation. The balance of your payment along with a $500.00 refundable security deposit is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. Please see the policies page for additional rental details.
